No. Only zero-TDS RO/DI water and a soft brush. It’s cleaner and warranty-safe.
How often should I clean panels here?
Twice a year keeps desert dust from baking on and hurting output.
Will I see better production?
Yes. You’ll notice recovered output over time in your monitoring app, especially after wind and dust events.
Recurring Service Terms
- Minimum: two services per year. If fewer are completed, complimentary add-ons become billable at current rates.
- Payment: valid payment method on file. Without one, prepay two services in full at first visit.
- Enforcement: if minimum isn’t met or payment fails, unpaid add-ons/discounts are billed; plan benefits and priority scheduling may be forfeited.
